About Meadow Breeze Farm

Pomfret, Connecticut · Est. 2024

Meadow Breeze Farm is a small, no-spray farm based in Pomfret, Connecticut, founded by mother and son, Patrick and Robin Delaney. We grow vegetables, herbs, and fresh-cut flowers using organic practices, alongside farm-fresh eggs and a handcrafted line of herbal teas. Everything we produce is grown with care, harvested by hand, and rooted in the belief that healthy soil leads to better food.

Patrick’s path back to farming wasn’t linear. Raised around chickens, pigs, and livestock, agriculture was always present early on—but it wasn’t until adulthood that it came full circle. After stepping away to study media production, pursue music through guitar and sound healing, and build a freelance photography business, those experiences ultimately converged into what Meadow Breeze Farm is today: a blend of land, creativity, and intention.

Established in 2024, the farm began with a simple goal—to grow clean, honest food and create something meaningful from the land. What started as a modest growing space has evolved into something more: a place for connection between people, the land, and the natural rhythms of the seasons.

As a small-scale operation, every part of the process—from seeding and harvesting to market days—is done by hand, with close attention to detail and respect for the work. We don’t use synthetic pesticides, herbicides, or chemical fertilizers. Instead, we focus on building living soil through composting, crop rotation, and regenerative growing practices. The result is nutrient-dense, seasonal food grown the way it should be.

This isn’t industrial agriculture. Growing on a smaller scale allows for higher quality, greater care, and a more direct relationship with both the land and the community.

Meadow Breeze Farm is also a space for creativity and community—bringing together people who value nature, good food, and thoughtful living.
